Ongoing research is crucial in the fight against it, and it is equally important to inform patients about the wide range of therapeutic options currently available.
Looking back on his extensive professional career and scientific study in periodontal therapy, Dr. Giano Ricci has chosen to share his clinical journey through a symposium featuring internationally renowned speakers, with the aim of better understanding where we stand today and what the future holds for the benefit of both patients and colleagues, especially younger professionals entering this field.
The opening lecture of the symposium was delivered by the Dean of the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, William Giannobile, who presented current research and outlined potential therapeutic advancements in the medium and long term.
